HO CHI MINH CITY : Viet Nam foreign ministry presented a souvenir publication on 50 years of foreign affairs services of Ho Chi Minh City to Colombo Times Editor Mohammed Rasooldeen on Wednesday, April 30 in Ho Chi Minh City.
The copy of the souvenir was formally presented to Rasooldeen by Tran Quang Tuan Anh ,head of culture and information affairs of the ministry of foreign affairs at a dinner reception held in the City on Wednesday.
