COLOMBO — The Russian School of Art at the Russian House in Colombo presented the “Rhythm of Art” – The Annual Art Exhibition 2025,
showcasing over 17 6 stunning artworks created by the talented young students of the school. The exhibition was held on 26th November through 3rd December
The students created these beautiful and captivating pieces over a period of three months, under the dedicated guidance of their beloved teacher, Arjuna Jayasinghe, who has over 20 years of experience at the Russian School of Art, along with the support of Assistant Teacher, Miss Mahesha Fernando. The paintings are presented under the theme “Open Theme.”
Under the insightful leadership of Madam Maria Popova, Counselor of the Russian Embassy in Sri Lanka and Director of the Russian House in Colombo, Buddhapriya Ramanayaka, Chief Executive Officer of the Russian House in Colombo, and Mrs. Chandi Aluvihare, Cultural Officer and Coordinator of the Russian School of Art, their collaborative efforts ensured a gracefully curated exhibition that became a remarkable celebration of young artistic talent.
