COLOMBO: M H A Samad, father of popular photo journalist Ashraff A Samad passed away suddenly in Colombo at the age of 82 years.
The deceased was the former Advisor to the Ministry of Eastern Development and Housing and had served as a former director, Iqraa Technical Training Institute.
He was Former Principal of Sri Lanka Technical College and was former Consultant and Translator at the UNICEF.
His Janaza will take place at Dehiwela Muslim Burial Grounds Monday 31st January 2022 at 1. 00 p.m. ( After Luhar Prayers ) from his residence No. 11 / 7, St. Mary ‘s Road, Mount Lavinia.
