COLOMBO : The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia has set strict deadlines for all preparations related to Hajj
2025, urging pilgrims and operators to comply without delay.
The Ministry has instructed that the issuance of Hajj visas must be completed by 20th Shawwal (18th
April 2025), with no extensions granted beyond this date. This directive underscores the importance of
timely visa processing for all pilgrims intending to participate in Hajj 2025.
Additionally, the deadline for finalizing accommodation contracts in Makkah and Madinah, as well as transportation arrangements on the Nusuk Masar platform, is set for 25th March 2025 by the Ministry.
The Ministry has emphasized that no extensions will be provided for these critical arrangements.
Consequently, the Hajj and Umrah Committee has set 20th March as the final date for completing
fund transfers related to all contracts and strongly encourages all registered Hajj Travel Operators to ltransfer funds promptly to avoid unnecessary issues and delays.
