COLOMBO : SRI Lankan Minister of foreign affairs and tourism Vijitha Herath conveyed his appreciation for the World Bank’s long standing, steadfast support to Sri Lanka’s development objectives.
During Wednesday’s meeting with the World Bank Group President Ajay Banga, the Lankan minister shared insights on the ongoing and future collaboration across key sectors, including education, tourism, agriculture, renewable energy, trade & investment. “ The World Bank remains an important partner in enabling Sri Lanka’s development,” the minister concluded
