COLOMBO : Shums and Company Chairman, . Karim Shums, received a special award from the Prime Minister Harini Amarasuriya at the 40th anniversary celebrations of the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment.held recently in Colombo
On receiving the award , Shams said : “This recognition holds deep meaning to our organization, coming as a tribute to our long-standing service in Sri Lanka’s foreign employment sector since 1976- predating the existence of the Bureau. As one of the pioneering agencies in this field, we are grateful to the Bureau for this meaningful gesture that acknowledges our decades of commitment to serving Sri Lankan workers and their families.”
