COLOMBO – The Prefects’ Guild of Hameed Al Husseinie College organized its 18th Annual Teachers’ Day at the school premises on Thursday October 7 honoring the invaluable contributions of its educators.
The event, held under the patronage of Principal Mrs. Shaniya Dain, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, was attended by the entire academic staff.
Teachers were felicitated with mementos of appreciation, and special awards were presented to those with the best attendance and punctuality in both the Primary and Secondary sections. The prefects added to the festive spirit by organizing fun games and interactive activities for the teachers, creating a lively and cordial atmosphere.
The event showcased the Prefects’ Guild’s growing leadership and their organizational ability.
