COLOMBO : The Ministry of Power has announced here on Wednesday afternoon that there will be no power cuts same day as the affected machine has been fully repaired now.
The Ministry said the power cuts will not be imposed as the technical fault at the privately-owned Kelanitissa Power Plant has been fixed.
Stating that a generator at the power plant had broken down yesterday causing power outages in several areas, the Ministry said it has now been fixed.
