AKKARAIPATTU ; Due to the inclement weather and opening of Senanayake Samudra sluice gates, the massive quantum of water passing through the Pattiyadipitty Bridge on Akkaraipattu Ampara road. The clearing of upstream of the bridge is in progress.This water will fall in to. the sea through an outlet open at sea gate on Akkaraipattu Pottuvil Road (A4)
