COLOMBO : On this special day of Eid al-Fitr, I, on behalf of the Malaysian High Commission in Sri Lanka, the staff of the High Commission, and my family, wish to extend our most heartfelt wishes to the Muslim people of Sri Lanka. This revered day marks the end of Ramadan and the beginning of a joyous occasion.
Eid al-Fitr is a time for reflection, devotion, and gratitude. It reminds us of the values of patience, generosity, and unity that bind us together as a community. This special occasion serves as a powerful reminder to practice compassion and empathy toward those around us.
As we celebrate Eid al-Fitr, Malaysia as the Chairman of ASEAN 2025 also celebrate the strong bonds of friendship and cooperation between both our nations. Our shared cultural ties and mutual respect continue to strengthen the relationship between our two nations as what reflected in Malaysia Madani concept.
