COLOMBO — Borella Ahadiyyah School (Sunday Daham Passal) had organized its 36th Year Islamic New Year (Muharram) Celebration was held at the All Ceylon YMMA Conference Auditorium, Dematagoda, Colombo recently.
It was held under the patronage of Principal of the Borella Ahadiyyah School Shibly Hashim.
Chief Guest Member of the Tower Hall Foundation Board of Director Hassim Omar, Youth Parliament Deputy Minister of External Affairs Ahmed Sadiq and Zahira College Colombo Old Boys Association President Alavi Mukthar distributed exercise books and school uniform to the students and pinned the badges for the Prefects at this ceremony. Also Students presented various events and organizers presented mementos to the chief guest and guests of honour.
