The chief guest for the occasion was deputy speaker Dr. Rizvie Salih and the guest-of-honour was Turkiye ambassador Semith Lutfu Turgut.
The event was packed to capacity and was attended by its Patron Khalid Farook,its past presidents, representatives from branch YMMAs , the Maldives embassy Ali Sheriff ,counselor, former ambassador to Saudi Arabia Ibrahim Sahib Ansar,directorof the department of Muslim Religious,cultural affairs MSM Nawaz, former minister AHM Fowzie and its well-wishers
