COLOMBO : As part of its ongoing commitment to educational empowerment, iCharity Australia has partnered with the All-Ceylon YMMA Conference to provide scholarships to 20 deserving Advanced Level (A/L) students.
The scholarship, which cover one year of educational expenses, is a part of a broader initiative by the ACYMMAC’s Scholarship Committee. The Committee aims to extend this support to a total of 250 students, with 10 scholarships allocated to each of the 25 districts across the country. This initiative reflects the ACYMMAC’s enduring commitment to community development as it celebrates 75 years of service.
The first quarterly payments were distributed on August 25, 2024, ensuring that these students can continue their education with financial stability. The ACYMMAC’s 75th-anniversary celebrations include this and other projects aimed at fostering educational and social advancement.
