At the moment of our country commemorates the completion of 78 years of freedom from the colonial administration / reign, it is our responsibility to commemorate with utmost gratitude all those dedicated to achieve that freedom. Also, we believe it is essential to retrospect whether a secure environment has been created for our people to live with self – satisfaction through this freedom we achieved thereupon.
However, the current situation existing in economic, political, social and cultural strata envisage, that we, as the citizens of this country could not harvest the expected total development in those fields. Therefore, we should be encouraged to achieve those objectives with further devout.
It is of utmost importance to execute the rule of law in order to achieve this full freedom and development. It is the foundation for the sole independence as well. Everyone should be equal before law at all times.
As citizens, it is our utmost responsibility to have the ambition to thrive collectively without schism or disunity erupting from racism, religion and political disparity in order to achieve total independence and development to our country.
We prey our Lady Immaculate to mediate the engagement of our Almighty Godto encourage all of us with necessary privilege, strength and guidance to perform the responsibility for the sake of our nation’s future generation.
