Young Women’s Muslim Association donates Rs 800,000 worth contact lenses to Puttalam Base hospital

COLOMBO : Young Women’s Muslim Association,YWMA, donated Rs 800,000 worth contact lenses to Puttalam Base Hospital on Tuesday July 11.

The project was coordinated by prominent social worker in the Puttalam district Mujahith Nizar through the YWMA headed by Fawaza Thaha.

The donation was received by the Medical Officer of Puttalam Base Hospital, Dr. Sumit Athanayaka in the presence of President of Puttalam District Hospital Development Organization, Muhammad Shafeek.
