COLOMBO : Dr. Zainab Ifthikar, a Sri Lankan graduate from the College of Medicine at the Alfaisal University, recently , presented a copy of her second published book , Panacea Is Possible to Prince Turki Al Faisal (the son of the late King Faisal) , founder and trustee of the King Faisal Foundation as well as the Chairman of the King Faisal Centre for Research and Islamic Studies,standing fourth left,.and Prince Bandar Bin Khalid Al-Saud, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Member of the University’s Board of Trustees, at extremen right, during their visit to Alfaisal University.
Amongst the presenters were other outstanding achievement students from other faculties.
Dr. Ifthikar had also presented her work with her NGO, the MEI Foundation, and her experience receiving the Rising Star Award by the Sri Lanka Foundation in Los Angeles in the United States.
She is an old girl of Bangladesh International School in Riyadh during the period of the late principal M S M Hussein who was former Sabaragamuwa provincial director of education.
