COLOMBO : The extremely hot weather experienced these days will continue for another 30 days, according to a spokesman for the Department of Meteorology.
The extremely hot weather started in the last week of January and currently eight districts are hot risk areas. The Colombo, Gampaha, Kurunegala, Puttalam, Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Trincomalee and Hambantota districts will experience extremely hot weather.
