COLOMBO The ‘Flavors of Vietnam’ culinary festival, held from 21 to 30 August 2025 at Graze Kitchen, Hilton Colombo, in partnership with Hilton Da Nang, celebrates Vietnam’s vibrant cuisine with a focus on its iconic coffee culture. This 10-day event offers authentic dishes and beverages curated. Featuring traditional Vietnamese coffee varieties like Phin coffee (Cà Phê Phin), Iced milk coffee (Cà phê Sữa Đá), and innovative fusions like Egg coffee, Salted coffee, Coconut milk coffee, the festival highlights Vietnam’s coffee beans and Chum Cà Phê’s premium sourcing from Tây Nguyên – Vietnam’s coffee capital. It bridges Sri Lanka’s and Vietnam’s cultures, appealing to global audiences interested in exotic flavors and sustainable coffee trends.
The festival showcases Vietnam’s iconic coffee varieties, brewed with Chum Cà Phê’s premium Robusta beans, served in traditional and innovative styles to complement the culinary offerings. Live brewing demonstrations enhance the immersive experience, inviting guests to explore Vietnam’s coffee culture. The lineup includes:
