COLOMBO : United States Ambassador Julie Chung paid a courtesy call on the new foreign minister Ali Sabry at his office in Colombo on Friday, July 29.
Describing it as a good meeting, Chung said in her tweet : “ The US looks forward to strengthening and growing our bilateral relationship and our shared commitments to democratic governance, investment & trade, as well as ongoing assistance to meet the urgent needs of the Sri Lankan people.”
