COLOMBO :Training election observers for Postal voting was held on Sunday 1st September at the All-Ceylon YMMA Conference Auditorium in Colombo.
Some 20 Participants males and females were trained to use an App to report the election process to ensure voting is free and fair.
Key note address was delivered by a K.N.Deen ,Vice Chairman Paffrel and
Colombo District Coordinator for Paffrel.
