
COLOMBO : The Traveller Global which ferried some 50 pilgrims for Hajj this year returned home safely with no complaints and were happy that the services at both ends were satisfactory.

Special thanks to Saudi Ambassador Khalid Hamoud N Al Kahtani and not forgetting all Airlines and its staff for carrying 3,500 passengers for Hajj without their support it wouldn’t have been possible to make the Hajj 2023, a successful and memorable one,” Managing Director of the Travel group Rizmi Reyal told Colombo Times on Wednesday July 12
“ We would also like to take this opportunity to extend my thanks to the Government of Saudi Arabia under the leadership King Salman bin Abdulaziz, Custodian of the two Holy Mosques,Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz for facilitating and making all arrangements for successful Hajj 2023,” he said, recalling that this was after lapse of few years due to Covid19. We know that Hajj 2021 & Hajj 2022 have been conducted with minimal number whereas the number of pilgrims for Hajj 2023 became 1,845,045, which was officially announced by the Saudi Govt.
“ I would also like to mention all concerned Saudi Government Authorities who are connected to 2023 Hajj Pilgrimage , namely Ministry of Hajj, Ministry of Health, General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Transportation who as one team worked tirelessly by facilitating all services for all the pilgrims who visited from different parts of the world in order to perform their ritual rights with full ease and comfort,” he concluded.
