Sri Lanka Army 74th Anniversary – Islamic Religious Prayers held to commemorate the event

COLOMBO The Islamic religious prayers was held at Kollupitiya Jummah Mosque Colombo to commemorate the 74^th Sri Lanka Army Anniversary on Wednesday October 4. 

 The Chairman and Members of the Board of Trustees Muslim ,Salahudeen  welcomed the Commander of the Army Lieutenant General Vikum Liyanage.

All Ceylon Jamiyathul Ulama Secretary Ash Sheik Arkam Nooramith was present as a guest speaker.

Lieutenant General Vikum Liyanage presented memento to the Chairman of the Mosque Muslim Salahudeen and also Board of Trustees presented special memento to the Commander of the Army an appreciation on behalf of the Board of Trustees at this ceremony.

Army Senior Officers, Army Muslim Association President Brigadier T.M.F. Kitchilan and Members, Members of the Board of Trustees of the Mosque and Chief Imam Moualvi Hafil M.B.M. Rizwan were also present.
