COLOMBO : The Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation conferred the title of ‘Sri Lankan Iconic Woman 2025’ on Zanita Careem in recognition of her contribution to her articles on women empowerment.
The ceremony was held at the BMICH and brought together 100 iconic women. Zanita attached to Sunday Island of upali newspapers received the award from chairman SLBC Dr Uditha Gayshan Gunesekera
