COLOMBO: Saudi Ambassador in Colombo, Khalid bin Hamoud Alkahtani honored two students/ Mohamed Faslan Mohamed Fairoos and Mohamed Sharaf Mohamed Hilmy, who have completed the memorization of the Holy Qur’an from the northern and eastern provinces.
