COLOMBO – Rotary District 3220 Sri Lanka and Maldives had their District Training Assembly and Ceremonial Installations of District Governor 2023/24 Jerom Rajendram at the Hotel Shangri-La Colombo Saturday April 29.
Chief Guest of the Occasion was Rotary International Director Elect T.N Subraminian from India and Keynote speaker was Past District Governor Alagu Alagappan who spoke on the topic “ Lead with Dignity ”. Welcome address was delivered by Chairmen District Training Assembly 2023/24 P.P Satyajit Seneviratne.
District Governor 2023/24 Jerom Rajendram was introduced by the District Advisor Public Image Elect Rtn.Past President Pradeep Amirthanayagam and District Governor 2022/23 Pubudu De Zoysa ceremonially installed the incoming Governor for 2023/24 Jerom Rajendram at the event.
Arunasalam Balraj – Toast Masters International President 2017/18 , M/s Chandi Dharmaratne , Chief People Officer , Axiata Digital Labs and Chair Person Lanka Angel Network , M/s. Nayomini Weerasuriya – PR consultant attend the event as the Guest Speakers. Past Rotary International President K.R Ravindran and Many Past District Governors of the Rotary District 3220 Sri Lanka and Maldives participated at this important occasion.
Many Distinguished Rotarians locally and internationally participate in the event and District Secretary Elect Past President V. Ramanah delivered the vote of thanks in conclusion at the District Training Assembly.
