Retired Sri Lankan Ambassador A M J Sadiq hosted a dinner reception in honour of three newly appointed Sri Lankan ambassadors on Monday, Sept. 8 at the Indian Summer Restaurant in Colombo 3.
The three special guests included. Shashikala Premawardena. ambassador designate to Indonesia, Ruwanthi Delpitiya, ambassador designate to Nepal and Rizvi Hassan , high commissioner designate to The Maldives.
Among the. guests were the Deputy Speaker Dr Rizvi and his wife Sarah Salih , owner of the Indian Summer Aftab Selabdeen and. his spouse and. ambassadors from Nepal, the Maldives, Türkiye, Bangladesh , Malaysia , Viet Nam,Russia , Pakistan and Korea , community leaders and businessmen .
The reception ended with a delicious dinner which included a variety of Indian, Malaysian and Sri Lankan dishes
