COLOMBO: All-Ceylon Jamiyyathul Ulama ,ACJU, has conveyed its heartfelt condolence to the family which lost their dear ones on the Easter Sunday bomb blast occurred three years ago.
In a message issued by the ACJU Acting Secretary-General Ash Shaikh M.S.M. Thassim, said :”while extending its deepest sympathies and condolences to the families of all those who lost their lives and those who were injured in the inhuman terror attacks that took place on Easter Sunday on the 21st of April 2019. We pray for all those who are suffering due to the loss of their loved ones”.
The ACJU urges the relevant authorities to expedite proceedings to identify the real perpetrators and masterminds of this attack and to take legal action against them, while meting out justice to all those who were affected.
We appeal the Muslims to supplicate during this blessed month of Ramadaan for the families of all those who lost their lives, for justice to be meted to those who have faced injustice and for the unity among the people of all communities.
Furthermore, the ACJU prays for our country to be relieved from the ongoing crisis and to be blessed with peace, prosperity and development. We also pray that our people are relieved from all forms of hardships and are blessed with solace and normalcy. “
