RUWAIMA RIZMI
MAKKAH -This year’s Hajj was truly something special. Guiding our group of 85 pilgrims through the sacred rites of Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, and Jamarat wasn’t just a professional duty — it was a deeply spiritual and emotional experience for every one of us.
From the moment we landed in Makkah, everything unfolded with calm precision. Our internal teams, who had been preparing for months, ensured that accommodation, transport, and scheduling all ran seamlessly. But what truly made this journey exceptional wasn’t the logistics — it was the spirit of unity, patience, and mutual care that infused every step of the pilgrimage.
This year, however, began with an unexpected challenge. Our beloved group leader — and my dear father — Mr. Rizmi Reyal, was unable to join us due to a sudden health condition. His absence was felt deeply and personally by many. For years, his leadership and spiritual presence have been a guiding light on our journeys. Not having him with us this time was a significant emotional void.
In his absence, the Traveller Global team felt a renewed sense of purpose. We knew how much this Hajj meant to our pilgrims, and we were more determined than ever to uphold the high standards my father instilled in us. From sunrise until well past midnight, our team worked tirelessly — often behind the scenes — to ensure every detail was taken care of, every need met, and every pilgrim supported with genuine care.
The feedback from our pilgrims reaffirmed the impact of that collective effort. One of our pilgrims, Suzanna Wahab, shared:
*“Alhamdulillah, my Hajj experience with Traveller Global exceeded all expectations. Although we faced an early challenge with our group leader, Mr. Rizmi Reyal, falling ill just prior to departure, his three children — Ruwaima, Rifard, and Ramy — stepped up with remarkable leadership and dedication.
The accommodation was comfortable, the food was delicious, and luxury transport ensured smooth and restful travel between the holy sites. We were especially blessed with the spiritual guidance of Sheikh Arkam Nooramith and Jabir Moulavi, whose insights and teachings greatly enriched our journey.
Overall, it was an immensely fulfilling and spiritually uplifting experience. I am truly grateful to everyone at Traveller Global for their outstanding service and care throughout this sacred journey. May Allah bless you abundantly for making my first Hajj such a memorable one.”*
Hearing words like these reminds us why we do what we do. Hajj is physically demanding and spiritually intense. Our mission has always been to ease the worldly burden so that pilgrims can fully focus on their connection with Allah.
Another heartfelt message came from Aman Ahamed Ashraf:
“Truly amazed by the round-the-clock dedication and attention to detail by Traveller Global towards its Hajj pilgrim group this year. In an atmosphere where we frequently hear companies ‘placing people ahead of the business,’ it is truly gratifying to witness an organization that lives by it each day through compassion and principle. My family and I are truly indebted to them for all their efforts.”
Personally, I carry those words with pride. They reflect not just the success of a single journey, but the values we aim to live by every day at Traveller Global.
On behalf of Mr. Rizmi Reyal and the entire Traveller Global team, I would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. Under this year’s Hajj 2025 theme, “With Ease and Tranquility,” the support we received from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was impeccable. From infrastructure to service, everything was designed to ensure the comfort and peace of the pilgrims.
We are also deeply grateful to the following individuals and partners, whose contributions were vital to our success:

His excellency,Khalidar Ghathani –

A special ‘thank you’ goes to three of our own team members, Arshard Afzal, Rikaz Hasimdeen and Hazra Haroon, for their extraordinary support and unwavering dedication to the hujjaj of our group.
To our Sheikhs, Sheikh Arkam Nooramith and Sheikh Jabeer Ihshani — your spiritual leadership and guidance were beyond words. The impact you had on our pilgrims will be felt for a lifetime.
And finally, to my brothers, Rifard Rizmi and Ramy Rizmi — Alhamdulillah, we managed to pull it off. Your strength, sacrifice, and leadership honored our father’s legacy in the most meaningful way.
To all our 2025 pilgrims: thank you for your trust.
And to my father, Rizmi Reyal — we missed you dearly. May Allah grant you complete shifa and bring you back stronger than ever. Your legacy lives on — not just through your children and team, but in the hearts of every pilgrim you’ve touched .
