COLOMBO : JVP leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake has requested President Gotabaya Rajapaksa to sack Ranil Wickremesinghe as Prime Minister before resigning from his post.Otherwise, Ranil Wickremsinghe has to resign from his post voluntarily before Rajapaksa’s resignation, he noted.
Anura Kumara Dissanayake said that there will be more protests in the country if Ranil Wickremesinghe becomes acting President after President Gotabaya Rajapaksa’s resignation.
