COLOMBO: The President’s Media Division (PMD) said that during yesterday’s discussion with Small and Medium Scale Rice Mill Owners, President Ranil Wickremesinghe said the IMF Extended Fund Facility is expected in March, adding that the reduction of bank interest rates is being considered in relation to the gradual decline of inflation.
