COLOMBO — Buddhist devotees in Sri Lanka celebrated the Poson Full Moon Poya Day this year on a grand scale, giving priority to religious observances.
Ananda Balika Vidyalaya, Maligakanda, Colombo had organized Poson Bethi Gee Saraniya programme at the Agrashawaka Maha Viharaya in Maligakanda, Maradana on Thursday June 20.
Principal of the School W.B.G. Kumuduni along with teachers, students and old girls were participated the Bethi Gee. Large number of parents also present.
