COLOMBO : Major General (R) Umar Farooq Burki HI (M) presented cricket kits for the students of Rohana College, Ahangama, to mark 75 years of diplomatic ties between Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
The high commissioner was warmly welcomed and also played a friendly match with the young cricket fans.
Cricket is a common love and basically it is a binding factor between Pakistan and Sri Lankan youth. Pakistan High Commission Colombo has always extended all efforts to strengthen bilateral relations between the public of the two friendly countries especially the youth.
