COLOMBO: Zainul Abdeen Muhammadh Faizal, The Director MRCA was felicitated on Friday , Feb 25 after Jumma prayers at the Majlis hall of the Dewatagaha masjid .
He was accompanied by his two deputies from the Dept. too.
The chairman of the masjid Mr Reyyaz Salley honored him with a cloak and wished him well at his new position.
The Minister Hon. Vidura Wickramanayake was appreciated for his efforts in selecting a Director who can lead the team at the Muslim religious department .
The Director also paid his respects at the Shaikh Usman Waliyullah shrine and was joined by members for lunch thereafter.Al Haj M T M Iqbal deputy mayor and Former Ambassador to Palestine Fawzan Anver and also the Religious Secretary of the Ummul Zawia were present.
