NEGOMBO: The Negombo Divisional Secretariat hosted an iftar party sponsored by the Negombo Community Education Center this week.
The event was chaired by Negombo Divisional Secretary Ayesha Udayanthi Pathirana and was attended by interfaith leaders, Divisional Secretariat officials and Divisional Muslims.
The Iftar Ceremony, which has been conducted by the Negombo Divisional Secretariat for several consecutive year was held after a gap of three years due to the Easter Sunday attacks and due to the covid pandemic
