NEGOMBO; Employees of all ranks in hospitals, including doctors at the Negombo District General Hospital, staged a demonstration in front of the hospital on Thursday April 28 chanting anti-government slogans such as “this country belongs to the people, not to political parties, and to respect the management of the people”.
They then marched to the GoHomeGota site in front of the Municipal Council at Delwatta Junction and protested in support of them.
Give us the medical facilities to provide continuous medical services to people,was the main slogan of this group
