The 60-year-old man was found dead inside a car parked in a fuel queue near a filling station at Tickle Road in Borella.
Motorists wait for three to four days at the petrol sheds for their chance to top uo their respective tanks in their vehicles.
Pathmanathan, a three-wheel driver who depends on taxi fares for his daily livelihood told Colombo Times that he could not get his daily earnings since he was at the gas stations for the past three days.
