COLOMBO : Major Ananthu S Kumar from @adgpi was awarded the “Golden Owl” award for Best Foreign Army officer and Commandant’s Honours for academic excellence at the convocation ceremony of Defence Services Command and Staff College by Dr_HariniA, the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka.
