COLOMBO- The logo and a website of the khairiya Girls’ College Colombo 9 , was launched on Friday in the presence of a galaxy of distinguished guests.
The event was held to mark Khairiya, one of the most prominent Muslim Girls’ School in Sri Lanka to mark its’ 140 years of academic excellence
.The celebration was held at the College Zam Refai Hajiar Auditorium on Friday, with the presence of Chief Guest Zonal Director of Education Colombo G.N. Silva, who launched the logo and website at this ceremony. Also Assistant Director of Education Mumthaz Beghum cut the cake to mark the anniversary.
Divisional Director of Education Ranjith Premathilake, Principal Mrs. A.L.S. Nazeera Hassanar, Deputy Principal Mrs. M.M.A. Cader, OGA Vice President Ms. Nadhiya Sheikh Mubarak, SDC Secretary M.N.M. Shirazdeen, Teachers, Students, Members of the SDFC and OGA were also present.
