“ Kantha Saviya “ distributes school books, bags and stationery for under-privileged children

COLOMBO — “ Kantha Saviya “ Women’s Organization distributed school books, bags and stationery among the under privileged families at the New Town Hall, Colombo on Wednesday December 27. 

 It was held under  the patronage of President of Kantha Saviya Feroza Muzammil.

Secretary of the Kantha Saviya Shriyanii Mangalika delivered the welcome address .

“ Kantha Saviya “ is operating under the A. J. M. Muzammil Foundation has been distributing school books, bags and stationery in different parts of the country for the last 28 years. This year they distributed among 3000 children in Colombo and Badulla districts.

RD steps troupe  presented dance at this ceremony.  

Also a cake was cut to mark the Feroza Muzammil’s birthday on December 28.  Members of Kantha Saviya, Family Members of Feroza Muzammil and Members of the Past Pupils Association of Muslim Ladies College were present.
