COLOMBO — The Iran Cultural Centre held a seminar titled “ Unity in the Thought of Imam Khomeini ” to mark the 36th death anniversary of its spiritual leader Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, on Tuesday June 3 at the Iran Cultural Centre,Colombo.
It was held under the patronage of Cultural Counsellor of Iran Cultural Centre Dr. B. Moazami Goodarzi.
Chief Chapter of Lanka Raama Vihara Dr. Ven. Mathurata Dhammalankara Thero, Charge d’affaires of the Islmic Republic of Iran Ebrahim Mehraein and Representative of Al Mustafa International University Hujjathul Islam Seyed Zeinul Abideen Mirfatemi praised Imam Khomeini’s contribution to Iran and his great efforts and meritorious services that led to the historic Islamic revolution.
Senior Officials of the Iranian Embassy and Muslim Organization representatives were also present.
