India builds 24 houses in Killinochi in the north

COLOMBO – High Commissioner of India, Santosh Jha, and the Minister of Urban Development, Construction and Housing, Anura Karunathilaka inaugurated the Thiruvalluvar Residential Model Village in Kilinochchi district, funded by India under the Government of India’s financial assistance scheme with the National Housing Development Authority
It is noteworthy that the National Housing Development Authority is constructing similar housing model villages in all districts, including the North and East, under the assistance program of the Government of India.
In the model village that was inaugurated, 24 houses were constructed and handed over to the people.
