COLOMBO : IDMNC International conducted a free workshop on Early Childhood & Primary Education on Sunday, 17th May 2026, at the Main Hall of its Senate Office, drawing a large gathering of educators, aspiring teachers, and education enthusiasts.
The programme was held under the guidance and leadership of the Chairman of the institute,
Dr.V. Jangan, with the objective of enhancing knowledge and professional skills in the field of early childhood and primary education.
The workshop featured insightful and engaging lectures by renowned academics Prof. Malini Munasinghe and Prof. Prasath Herath, who shared their expertise and practical knowledge on contemporary educational approaches and child development methodologies.
Adding further value to the programme, IDMNC lecturer Nazeefa Kariapper delivered an informative presentation on “Psychology for Effective Teaching & Learning”, which received positive feedback and appreciation.
The occasion was graced by several distinguished officials of IDMNC, including the Honorary President Dr. Lionel Pinto, Executive Director Major General Sajith Liyanage, and Head of Business & Operations Riskan Mohamed.
At the conclusion of the workshop, certificates were awarded to all participants in recognition of their active participation and commitment to professional development.
