COLOMBO : A new luxury train named Ella Weekend Express began operations from Colombo Fort to Badulla on Saturday August 16
The Railway Department said that the new train was introduced considering the demand from tourists.
The train, which has 350 seats, will depart from Colombo Fort to Badulla every Saturday at 5.30 a.m.
The Railway Department further said that the train will return from Badulla to Colombo Fort on Sundays at 9.00 p.m.
