On this blessed occasion, I extend my sincerest congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and to the honorable Saudi people. I also extend my best wishes to the government and people of the Republic of Sri Lanka for continued progress and prosperity, as well as for security, stability, and peace to prevail throughout the world.
