COLOMBO :Colombo Times distributed lunch packets and school stationery among inmates of an orphanage in Colombo to mark the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday Thursday on September 28.
The event held under direct supervision the CIS Ladies Wing Welfare Association.
Chief Editor and Founder of Colombo Times Mohammed Rasooldeen distributed the items to the inmates of the orphanage. He also thanked the philanthropist sponsor of these projects
Center for Islamic Studies Member of the Board of Directors Marshad Barry, Freelance Journalist Ruzaik Farook, Colombo University Visiting Lecturer Mrs. Zainab Barry, CIS Ladies Wing board member Aahleyaah Zseioddh, Orphanage staff Firdousiya Barzanji and matron Farida Sheriff were also present during the event.
