BERUWELA — Princess Xu Shiyiner of the Chinese royal family made an official visit to China Fort recently.
This is the first time that a Chinese princess visited the China fort gem Market in the history, which is famous for its internationally historical significance.in gem trade.
During her visit, the Chinafort Gem and Jewellery Traders Association gave her a warm welcome.
Chinese Railway Officer Mr. Wang and Chinese delegation were also present. Ashkar Mubarak, General Secretary of the Chinafort Gem and Jewelery Trade Association Host the event on behalf of the Chairman and Board. And members of the Executive Committee of the Association, and many other dignitaries were present at the event. Maffaz Mashoor made a presentation on Chinese -Sri Lanka culture, history, and and the Gem business traditonal history between the two countries.
The Chinese Princess Xu Shiyiner and the delegation visited the CGJTA Training Center, the Business Society and also visited the gem market and many other things in it.
It is noteworthy that the group made the visit at the request of Sri Lanka-Chinese Cultural Business Council Secretary Ifam Hanafi
