COLOMBO :The 22nd edition of the annual Culinary Art Food Expo exhibition (CAFÉ 2025) organized by the Chefs Guild of Sri Lanka will be held from 13th to 15th June at the BMICH Colombo.
CAFE is Sri Lanka’s premier culinary and hospitality exhibition, bringing together industry leaders, innovators, and professionals from across the food, beverage, and hospitality sectors. This dynamic event showcases the entire supply chain, from food production and processing to dining and hospitality solutions.
The exhibition features a diverse range of trade stalls, product innovations, live demonstrations, and networking opportunities, providing a platform for businesses to connect with buyers, chefs, hoteliers, and key decisionmakers.
Since its inception in 1988, CAFÉ hospitality event has grown into Sri Lanka’s most prestigious food and hospitality exhibition.
This year’s theme is “From the Point of Preparation to the Table”. This highlights a broad spectrum of innovations, products, and services across the culinary and hospitality industries.
In addition to the competition, the exhibition will feature over 150 stalls from leading local and international brands, showcasing the latest trends, technologies, and offerings in the sector. This vibrant exhibition area is a key attraction for industry professionals, entrepreneurs, and culinary enthusiasts alike.
A major highlight of the Expo is the prestigious culinary competition, bringing together over 3,000 chefs from renowned hotels in Sri Lanka and abroad. It is the largest event of its kind in the region, celebrating culinary excellence and innovation.
