COLOMBO – in the annals of T.B. Jayah Zahira College , for the first time, its student has obtained 9 As at the G.C.E. O/L Examination 2024 in Sinhala Medium.
The successful student was felicitated at the Maligawatte Masjidus Salaam Jumma Mosque on Friday July 18 after Jumma Prayers.
President of the Board of Trustees M.J.M. Siyaz and Colombo Municipal Councilor A.M.J.M. Jaufer presented a token of appreciation to the Master Muaadh Agmadh. Also Colombo District Muslim Marriage Registrar Al Haj Fouzul Aleem Farook presented a token of Appreciation at this ceremony.
Maligawatta Masjid Federation Secretary M.S.M. ILLyas, Pettah Masjid Federation Secretary A.H.M. Nazar, Masjidus Salaam Jumma Mosque Chief Imam Moulavi Al Hafil Imaran Mashood, Secretary A.H.M. Faizer, Vice President Imtiaz Noordeen, Assistant Secretary M. Faizal and members were also present.
