BERUWELA — The Beruwala People’s Bank hosted its annual Iftar ceremony for the fourth consecutive year. The event took place on Wednesday March 11 at the bank premises. The ceremony was held under the patronage of the Branch Manager, Nilantha.
As an initiative aimed at strengthening communal harmony within the region, the event brought together a diverse group of people from different backgrounds.
The gathering was graced by the presence of Ulamas, prominent local businessmen, and other distinguished guests. A large number of bank customers and well-wishers from the Beruwala area participated in the breaking fast.
