COLOMBO : Former president of the All-Ceylon YMMA Conference Ahamed Lebbe Mohamed Sabir,85,passed away peacefully at a private nursing home in Colombo on Tuesday morning , April 20.
Funeral arrangements at Maligawatte Burial Grounds will be notified in due course.
Sabir, who is the present Vice Patron of the YMMA, had also served as its Chairman of the board of trustees. He had also served as a member of the board of trustees at the Maligawatte Jumma Mosque, which post he succeeded from his late father Ahamed Lebbe, who was a popular building contractor in the capital.

Son in law of Marhoom S. D. A. Hameed & Marhooma Ummu Hayyala.
